Zones and fees

Delivery is free on every order over GH₵1,000.

How it works

• Orders confirmed before 2pm in Kumasi usually go out the same day. Everything else goes out the next working day.
• Landmarks matter more than street addresses here. Add one at checkout — it is the difference between a rider finding you in ten minutes and calling you three times.
• The rider calls the number on the order before arriving. Keep that phone reachable.
• We do not currently ship outside Ghana. If you are abroad and want something sent to family here, order to their address and add their number in the notes.

If something goes wrong

If a delivery is late or you cannot be reached, nothing is lost — your order is held and we will arrange another attempt. Message us on WhatsApp with your order code and we will sort it out.
