What we collect

• Your name and mobile number when you place an order. The number is how orders are found, how the rider reaches you, and how you sign in.
• Your delivery address and landmark, so the order can be delivered.
• Your email, only if you give one, and only to send a receipt.
• What you ordered, so we can fulfil it, handle returns and answer questions later.

We never see your Mobile Money PIN or your card number. Payment happens on Paystack's own page. We receive only a confirmation that a payment succeeded and a reference for it.

What stays on your device

Your bag and your saved items are kept in your browser, not on our servers, until you sign in. Clearing your browser data clears them.

Who we share it with

Only the services needed to complete your order: Paystack for payment, mNotify for the confirmation SMS, and Resend for email receipts. Each receives only what that job requires. We do not sell your details to anybody, and we do not share them for advertising.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for six years, because tax and accounting rules require it. Everything else is kept only while your account exists.

Your choices

• Ask us what we hold about you, and we will tell you.
• Ask us to correct anything wrong.
• Ask us to delete your account. Past orders are kept as above, but the account, saved addresses and saved items go.
