Who we are

Prices and stock

• All prices are in Ghana Cedis and include any applicable tax.
• The price you are charged is the price shown at checkout. Prices are recalculated on our server the moment you pay, so what the page shows and what leaves your account are the same figure.
• Stock can sell out between adding something to your bag and paying for it. If that happens we tell you before payment, not after.

Orders and payment

• An order is confirmed when payment is verified, not when the checkout form is submitted. Mobile Money can take up to 90 seconds to confirm.
• If payment fails, nothing is charged and your bag is left as it was.
• We may cancel and fully refund an order if an item turns out to be unavailable, or if we believe an order is fraudulent.

Product descriptions

We describe lengths, textures and shades as accurately as we can. Natural variation between batches is normal, and screen colour is not a guarantee of shade. See returns for what this means in practice.

Reviews

Reviews are published from customers, not written by us. We check the number against our order records — a review marked verified buyer comes from someone who paid for that product. We remove reviews that are abusive or that are not about the product, and nothing else.

Discount codes

Codes apply to the terms shown when they are issued, cannot be exchanged for cash, and may be withdrawn at any time. One code per order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ghana.
